The Eight Legal Landmines of The 14th Amendment (Part 1 of 2)

The one element that was absolutely required for a silent takeover and corporate inversion of the organic Constitutional Republic.

We take a detour today from our regularly scheduled de-programming and explore a topic that has accelerated my awakening in recent years unlike anything else: the hidden history of true law and the fraudulent nature of our modern “legal system.”

When I was first exposed to this information, it took such an intense hold of me that I became quite literally obsessed with studying it. I couldn’t sleep. This information was slapping me with brutally honest answers to my burning question during 2020:

“How can they do this in America where we have a very clear Bill of Rights?”

Ask and ye shall receive. Indeed.

It was the biggest red pill I ever had to swallow, but it perfectly explained why the world is the way it is, and why it’s so hard for most of us to see it.

This will be an ongoing series of articles because it is such a vast topic to wrap your mind around. However, the good news is that the solutions/remedies are rather simple, and anyone can use them.

The infamous 14^th Amendment – a perfect example of the slick and subtle dialectics the 1% “dElete” slavers have been using for centuries to mind-control the masses into voluntary servitude.

Fraudulently ratified in 1868 (since they didn’t allow Southern Legislators into Congress), the 14^th Amendment was sold to the public by Lincoln as a benign way to SOLELY elevate our now-freed black brothers and sisters toward participating in American society. During one of his speeches, Lincoln actually pacified the state citizens by reassuring them that their status and rights would not be affected.

What he didn’t tell them was, from that moment on, every American born or naturalized – no matter their heritage – would become legal property of the Federal government…

The 14th Amendment, 1st Clause

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Can you see it? If not, don’t worry. By the end of this article, you will.

Before we go into the Eight Legal Landmines, however, let’s cover some basics first.

The 14^th Amendment is the origin of the “civil rights” and, yes, even the “Constitutional rights” you hear everyone cry and scream and meme about.

Oh yes, you do. Every time you sign a contract without reserving your rights.

Let’s make this crystal clear:

You DO NOT receive your rights from a piece of paper. Not even if the fancy word “constitution” is scribbled upon it.

You, and me, and everyone else on Earth were bestowed with God-Given Rights! In the landmass known as United States of America, those God-Given Rights were/are PROTECTED BY a piece of paper called the Constitution! Not the other way around.

God-Given Rights and “civil rights” are MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE.

Civil rights, especially under the scope and purview of the 14^th Amendment, are given to people by a government (monarch) and therefore said government can take those rights away at any given point. You know, for example, when they want to take over the world with a depopulation agenda.

If the Civil Rights movement would’ve known what we know today, history would’ve turned out very differently.

But I digress.

You are a creation of Creation itself, and therefore you receive your rights from your Creator (whichever name you prefer), not from a man-made, color-of-law, fictional, bankrupt corporation.

The government did not create you – they created the fictional ALL CAPS estate with your given birth name. That’s it. And because that’s the only thing they created, that’s the only thing they can control.

So they built an entire society system – from birth to death – to mind-control you into believing and accepting that the ALL CAPS is the real you.

The ALL CAPS would not have been possible, if it wasn’t for the 14^th Amendment.

By the end of this article, I hope you will see why.

The Eight Legal Landmines of The 14^th Amendment

Here it is again, with landmines in bold, for your convenience:

The 14th Amendment, 1st Clause

"All persons¹ born² or naturalized in the United States³, and⁴ subject to the⁵ jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States⁶ and of the State⁷ wherein they reside⁸."

1. Persons:
   What are the first three words of the Constitution? You would be surprised how often I hear moments of silence when asking this question during live workshops.
   We The People.
   When you look up “person” in Black’s Law Dictionary, you’re going to find several pages full of legal (yet often contradicting) definitions.
   A few examples include: labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, foreign governments (?!), legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, municipalities, universities or receivers.
   And then, you’re going to see this: A corporation is a “person” within meaning of Fourteenth Amendment [...]
   In a nutshell, they turned the men and women of this land from people with God-Given Rights protected by the Constitution, into 14^th Amendment legal fiction corporations subject to the centralized corporate Federal government with all its statutes, codes, regulations and orders.
   E Pluribus Unum = Out of many, (becomes) one.
   

2. All persons born:
   Having a political status and rights assigned to you at birth only comes from one system of law in the known history of our realm: the Feudal System. The other system of law assigns your status and rights based on the bloodline you’re born into… perhaps another reason why the 1% dElete are so obsessed with their bloodlines?
   In the ancient Feudal System, you were under voluntary or involuntary servitude to the Lord of the Manor. It was a condition of being legal property belonging to the Lord, and if you entered voluntarily, you pledged your body, your family and all your worldly goods to the Lord. Then, if a family gave birth to a child, that baby also became property of the Lord because both parents were in that servitude condition.
   These three little words enabled them to bring the Feudal System to America and control almost the entire world with it over 150 years later. This system is active in every country where babies require a birth certificate.
   

3. United States:
   Contrary to colloquial speech and popular belief, “United States” does not define a union of individual republics. If you go to U.S. Code Title 28 § 3002 (15)(A) you will find the real legal definition: a Federal corporation.
   This was initiated with the Organic Act of 1871, just three years after the 14^th Amendment, when they turned D.C. into the headquarters of their new corporation.
   So, when they ask you: “Are you a citizen of the United States?” - they are really asking you: “Are you property of the Federal corporation?”
   But more on that in Part 2...

   

4. And:
   This is the key to the whole scam of citizenship. Read and inner-stand this one carefully, even if you take nothing else away from this article.
   The 14^th Amendment does NOT say: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States ARE subject to the jurisdiction thereof […].
   It says “and.”
   Evidently, it does not use the definitive word "ARE."
   Now then, if some Americans are “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” — there HAVE TO BE other Americans who “are NOT subject” to the jurisdiction.
   The word “and” gives you a choice.
   Think of it like a mathematical equation:
   Born/naturalized + “and subject to Federal jurisdiction” = U.S. citizen
   And to turn it around:
   Born/naturalized + “and NOT subject to Federal jurisdiction” = state citizen (known today as “national”).
   You have to be BOTH in order for them to have Federal jurisdiction over you, because remember, in our previous article, we discussed how birth and naturalization used to be completely handled by each individual state before the 14^th Amendment.
