A minor tech issue...
If you're seeing an email address rather than "As A Man Awaketh"
You may (or may not) have seen that the last two of my posts had my publication email "asamanawaketh@substack.com" showing in your inbox instead of the official name of my publication (as before).
Also, it looks like your comments on posts were sent to me as an email directly, rather than publishing as a comment on posts.
If this is the case for you, please read on.
If you haven’t noticed any change, you can ignore the rest and continue being awesome.
All this appears to be due to an unusual tech fix I had to implement to get the podshare RSS feed properly linked to YouTube last week.
I will spare you the details...
For now, I humbly request 10 seconds of your time to follow 3-4 Steps, helping your email provider recognize my publication properly:
Mark my emails as "not spam" and move them to your inbox (if applicable)
Add asamanawaketh@substack.com to your contacts list
Send me a test email to asamanawaketh@substack.com
If all that doesn’t work, delete my email contact “asamanawaketh@substack.com” completely and wait for my next post to publish. If all goes well, you should see it as normally.
This should help email providers properly display the sender name "As A Man Awaketh" instead of the publication email address.
